My name is Mauricio. I am a Senior at Bethel, where I do archery while I pursue a major in Psychology.
I like to eat good, and try new things, so I've taught myself how to cook by trial and error. And it is now amongst my favorite hobbies. My go to food to make for other is the risotto, either with shrimp or mushrooms, it is a simple and tasty dish that leaves little mess (It's cooked in only 1 pan). But anything that looks interesting in internet, I will be trying out.

I do not bake often, however, because I usually don't follow recipes. I like to have fun experimenting while cooking, and coming up with new ways (to me) to make the same food.
